Pod Structures specializes in flat pack DFMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) construction. While there are benefits of volumetric modular construction, our belief is that flat pack DFMA construction reduces logistical challenges and allows more product customization.
Pod Structures is a 100% owned subsidiary of Stonehaven Structures. While Stonehaven Structures is primarily focused on larger projects, Pod Structures is focused on smaller residential, hospitality and commercial projects. Projects completed to date are in Singapore but overseas expansion is coming soon.
The genesis of our product starts with our patented Tubelar®️ and Step-Lock Pin technology for the structure of our buildings. Once the structure is completed, we can finish our buildings with either 3rd party traditional materials or our own in-house materials.
Our vision is to bring a faster and cheaper construction methodology without sacrificing on project aesthetics, quality and longevity.
