Planned for 2022, the client found a leasehold enclave in the Bukit Timah neighborhood and wanted to build a new construction home but wanted to build the home in a more efficient construction manner due to the shorter leasehold profile. Since the client has primary school age children, the proximity to some of Singapore’s most coveted primary schools was also a consideration.
